🛡️ THE AETHER FOUNDRY: CODE OF CONDUCT
To maintain the Integrity of the Forge, every member of our multi-world community is expected to uphold these standards. Whether you are surviving the Ark or exploring the blocky landscapes of Hytale, these rules ensure a high-quality experience for everyone.
⚖️ I. THE GOLDEN RULE OF THE FORGE
- Respect the Craft: Zero tolerance for racism, hate speech, or targeted harassment.
- Community Aura: Toxicity in global chat is the fastest way to earn a permanent ban from the entire Aether Foundry network.
- Professionalism: We foster an atmosphere where teamwork and respect create a glowing aura of success for every member.
🆔 II. IDENTITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
- Unique Identification: No generic names like "Human," "123," or "Survivor" are permitted.
- Tracking Progress: You must choose a unique name for your Character and Tribe so our logs can accurately track your protection and progress.
- Master Smiths: Every member is seen as a master smith of their own digital destiny within our fantasy landscapes.
⚔️ III. FAIR PLAY & INTEGRITY
- Exploit Prevention: Meshing, macro-botting, or exploiting map glitches results in an immediate, no-appeal tribe wipe across the cluster.
- PvP Ethics: In the Crucible, "Pop-corning" (dropping items to let them despawn) is strictly prohibited—face your losses with dignity.
- Strategic Raiding: Take the loot and break what is necessary, but do not level a base to the foundation unless it is a strategic necessity.
🛡️ IV. SOVEREIGNTY & LAND RIGHTS (PvE)
- Land Management: Do not "pillar" or "foundation spam" areas you aren't actively building on.
- Resource Access: Do not build on major resource nodes or block access to Artifact Caves and Obelisks.
- Cleanliness: If you build a temporary taming pen, you must destroy it once the tame is secured.
🔄 V. CROSS-WORLD ETIQUETTE
- Conflict Isolation: Crucible (PvP) grudges stay in the Crucible; do not harass players on Sovereign (PvE) maps because of PvP losses.
- Asset Risk: Any assets taken into the Crucible are forfeit if lost; Admins will not restore "Main" assets lost in combat.
